To enter a competition, you must first create an account on our website. Once your account is active, select the competition you wish to participate in.
1. Paid Entry Route
You may enter by purchasing tickets for the competition. When your payment is successfully processed, your tickets will be automatically allocated and entered into the draw. You will receive an email confirming that your paid tickets have been entered.
2. Free Postal Entry Route
A free entry route is available for every competition. To enter for free, you must follow the instructions provided on our website and submit a valid postal entry to the address listed. Postal entries must include all required details, be handwritten, and be received within the competition period. Once a compliant postal entry is received, the corresponding tickets will be added to the draw. Free postal entrants will not receive confirmation that their entry has been included.
Only the winners of each competition are published. A Winners Page is made available on our website where the names or initials of winners, along with the winning ticket numbers, are displayed after each draw.
All valid tickets — whether purchased or allocated via postal entry — are included in the draw. The winner is chosen at random using a verifiable and fair method.
We will contact the winner by telephone or email within 7 days after the competition closes. If you update your contact details before the closing date, it is your responsibility to notify us.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details you have provided. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the competition closing, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. In this situation, you will lose any claim to the prize.
The opening and closing dates for each competition are displayed on our website. If we need to amend either date for reasons beyond our control, we will update the website as soon as reasonably practicable. We will only adjust these dates when absolutely necessary and due to circumstances outside our control.
Yes. You can purchase multiple tickets for any raffle, up to the entry limits set for that competition. Buying more tickets does not increase the chance of any single ticket winning, but it does increase the total number of chances you hold, because each ticket is an individual entry in the draw.
Some raffles may also offer bulk discounts, which will be clearly shown on the raffle page if available.
New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit £20, you will receive an additional £20 in bonus credit to use towards raffle entries.
The competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
Entries from outside the United Kingdom are not accepted, as the laws governing competitions differ by country. This competition is organised in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You are also not permitted to enter if you are a relative of any of our suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the operation of the competition.

If, for any reason, the stated prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
Yes. Once the prize has been awarded to you, it becomes your property. You may use it, keep it, or sell it as you choose.

If you win a prize, we may be required to share limited information with the Advertising Standards Authority to demonstrate that the competition has been run fairly and in accordance with the rules.
You may request that we stop using your data at any time. However, if you ask us to delete your details before the competition closes, your entry will be withdrawn and you will not be eligible to participate. Entry fees already paid are non-refundable.
No. Participation in any promotional activity is entirely optional. However, with your permission, we would be delighted to share your win on our website and social media platforms.
Even if you choose not to take part in promotional activity, we may still be required to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to demonstrate that the competition has been run and the prize awarded fairly.
Yes. You can enter the competition as many times as you wish, up to any entry limits we may specify. Entry availability may be restricted if the maximum number of entries is reached.
Although this is not a form of gambling, we encourage you to keep it enjoyable and only spend what you can comfortably afford.

The winner is then selected at random from all valid tickets using a fair and verifiable process.
The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is stated on the competition page, so your chances of winning will vary depending on the total number of tickets issued.
For example, if a competition has a maximum of 3,000 tickets available, purchasing 1 ticket means your chances of winning are no worse than 1 in 3,000.
You can increase your chances by purchasing additional tickets. For example, if you purchase 10 tickets in a competition capped at 3,000 tickets, your chances become no worse than 1 in 300.
We say "no worse than" because the actual odds may be better. For instance, if only 2,500 of the 3,000 tickets are sold, and you hold 1 ticket, your chances automatically improve to 1 in 2,500, simply because fewer tickets are in the draw.
We do not offer refunds of entry fees if your ticket is invalid, if you fail to meet the entry requirements, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.

We never share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to operate the platform or process payments.
